How long will it take to get my order?

For items currently in stock and to be despatched to Australian destinations, orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the order. International orders may require some additional time to process. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and delivery routes across Australia. Please note due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing some shipping delays.

What is the cost of shipping?

Razor Shop offers Fixed Rate Shipping of $15 for all orders within Australia. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Please contact us at orders@positionpromo.com.au for a quote.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please contact us via email and provide a copy of your Order Confirmation Email and/or your Name, Contact Number, Order Number, Date of Order and Products Ordered and we will investigate with our shipping provider. 

What forms of payment does Razor Shop accept?

Razor Shop accepts payment via Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard). 

My credit card details are not being accepted. What's wrong?

Please check with your bank or financial institution. 

My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email within an hour of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, contact Customer Service to confirm the placement of your order.

Are your prices in Australian Dollars (AUD)?

Yes, all pricing is in Australian Dollars.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST.

Can I change or cancel to my order?

Yes. Assuming your order has not already shipped, you can cancel your order or make changes by contacting Customer Service.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. 

How do I return items?

Please contact Customer Service to arrange your return. If an item is defective in any way, we will pay the return freight. Otherwise, change of mind returns must be shipped and handled at the customer’s own cost. We allow up to 7 days from receipt of goods for you to return your item/s.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

We partner with Stripe, one of the world’s largest payment processing platforms, to deliver a safe and secure, PCI compliant, checkout experience for our customers. At no stage are your credit card details stored on our server, rather they are sent directly to Stripe for processing with your banking institution. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.
